Any number of lifts, any amount of terrain, and any operating duration count. If its terrain is split across separately operated areas, opening any portion counts. Doesn't count for payout Employee, contractor, invited-media, private-event, and separately purchased early-access or preview days do not count. Scenic rides, mountain biking, hiking, tubing, and uphill-only access do not count. Announced or projected dates do not count. Resolves Yes if Breckenridge Ski Resort conducts Seasonal Opening Operations in the 26/27 winter season before Nov 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.
